Hongyu HYZ5250XJC tunnel inspection vehicle is a multi-functional vehicle developed by our company and a research institute, which is specially used for highway tunnel engineering quality inspection and daily tunnel maintenance.
The car is my company in the liberation (dongfeng) automobile company second class car chassis on the basis of modification, mainly by the chassis, insulation box body, gearbox, generator, rotating support, lift, telescopic arm, hydraulic power distribution control system, brake cooling system, reversing monitoring and all-round monitoring system.

Special carriage body

The body is divided into two functional compartments.
The front cabin is the office space, which mainly provides office space for field workers.
The equipment cabin is used to install necessary equipment and tools for site operation.

Pay the transmission --
The car operation to provide low-speed driving function;

The vehicle provides power for all equipment and facilities while in operation;
4、
Elevator -
The lift is a high-altitude working platform in the operating state, which can be randomly adjusted within the range of 0-4 meters according to the needs of field operations.
5、Rotary expansion mechanism——
Is the carrying mechanism of the lift, the basic function is to send the lift out of the box body and extend the lift to a certain operating position.
The extension range is adjustable from 6.2 to 11.5 meters.
6、Electrical and hydraulic integrated control system.
The GPR detector carried by the vehicle can detect the quality status of the newly built tunnel and the tunnel in use, and can timely transmit the monitoring data to the computer system installed on the vehicle for processing.
When the car carries the necessary equipment and tools, it can carry out certain repair and maintenance of the tunnel and supporting facilities in use.
